Culture Connex

Culture Connex sources cultural products directly from local communities, artisans, and cultural entrepreneurs at prices they are satisfied with. We do not rely on conventional market mechanisms that pressure artisans to sell at the lowest price. This approach allows them to preserve their dignity and pass on their wisdom to future generations.

A portion of our profits is reinvested into research projects, enabling researchers to continue collaborating with communities, artisans, and cultural entrepreneurs over time.

Our Goal : we are committed to achieving preserving artistic and cultural wisdom for generations to come.

Our cultural products are the result of collaboration between researchers from universities across Thailand and local artisans/cultural entrepreneurs nationwide. Researchers from diverse fields work hand in hand with communities, artisans, and cultural entrepreneurs in designing and creating products, production processes that are environmentally friendly and beneficial to community wellbeing.

Local craftsmen also encourage young people in their community to appreciate and take pride in their local wisdom and heritage. In addition, they work to nurture successors who will continue to carry forward cultural traditions and knowledge into the future.
